Keith is a highly skilled and experienced Board member, fund manager and leader of mergers and acquisitions with significant Financial Services, Industrial and general experience in Corporate and Private Equity transactions and turnaround assignments.

Keith has amassed more than 30 years of experience in operational, business development and leadership roles across an array of industries. Utilising his extensive experience of establishing, acquiring and developing global businesses, Keith plays a key role in supporting organisational growth strategies.

Shauna has spent her career focused on M&A transactions, particularly within the private equity sector. Her experience also includes large global institutional fundraises and complex international restructurings. Shauna is responsible for N4’s regulatory, compliance and ESG matters.

Alan has amassed over two decades of experience holding senior finance roles within a diverse mix of global healthcare and energy sector businesses operating across complex international territories.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with wide-ranging experience gained from successfully advising Board level decision-makers in a variety of roles across practice and industry.

Audrey is an experienced Executive Assistant and Paralegal with a wealth of experience working throughout the Private Equity and Finance sectors.

During his 36 years at RBS, Gordon worked with and supported countless entrepreneurs, early-stage startups and high-growth SMEs as he led and, ultimately, accelerated the Bank’s support programme for UK businesses, culminating in the launch of the Bank’s first in-house Entrepreneur Accelerator programme and the subsequent creation of 12 UK-wide accelerator hubs.

Julia is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with extensive experience in managing senior teams, fund investors and clients. 

Nicola is an experienced Personal Assistant and Office Administrator having worked for Directors across Marketing, Retail and IT industries. Gaining insightful knowledge from each industry

Michelle is an experienced finance leader with a wealth of experience across multiple sectors. She works across a number of private equity investments in operational finance roles to support and challenge businesses.

Richard is an experienced finance professional whose early career was spent in corporate banking before moving into private equity where he spent 12 years in various investment roles spanning both trading businesses and the real estate sector. 

Ruaridh is a PQ Accountant with wide ranging experience in the legal and accounting sectors, gained through a variety of advisory type roles in the UK, UAE and Germany.

Benny has enjoyed an illustrious career to date working at an array of high-profile organisations throughout financial services including the position of Chief Executive at Tesco Bank from 2008 until 2018. 

Throughout his career, Phil has been a key adviser to both business owners and their management teams. Until recently he was a Senior Partner at KPMG, leading their services to the Private Enterprise market across Scotland.

Chris is an internationally renowned motivational coach who truly knows exactly what it takes to achieve a high level of performance, overcome adversity and its supposed limitations.
