Environmental, social and governance factors have the potential to have a significant impact on our lives and the world we live in. As such, at N4 we strive to act as a responsible investor, partner and advisor.
Women in Finance Charter
At N4 Partners, we firmly believe that women should be better represented within senior management roles in the finance sector as part of a fully inclusive workforce.
This is why we are proud to announce that we have now signed up to the HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter, pledging our commitment to improve the representation of women in senior managerial roles at both N4 Partners and throughout the N4 portfolio.
Shauna Powell, Partner, is responsible and accountable for gender diversity and inclusion at N4 Partners.
Currently, our senior management team has a ratio of 33% female to 67% male. As part of the Charter we are committed to increasing female representation over the next 5 years to 40% and we will report progress each year.
We aim to achieve our target through:
- Ensuring that in any recruitment process, we see the most diverse possible pool of candidates for any given role;
- Retention and promotion of female talent within the business;
- Creating a culture and working practices that supports females across the business and enables them to take on senior management roles.
